One to One bespoke movement sessions tailored to your physical and mental health needs.

What we offer:

  • Personalised sessions combining yoga, Pilates, pre/postnatal care; embodied movement; meditation; breathwork. Sessions can focus on a single practice or blend several to meet your goals.

  • Sensitive, cycle-aware programming that honours your moon cycle and changing body needs.

  • Ongoing, progressive courses over 12 weeks to build sustainable change and embodied awareness.

  • Flexible delivery: in person at our healing space in E17, London, or online to suit you.

  • Anyone wanting to build strength, improve flexibility, increase longevity, lose weight mindfully, or calm the mind and regulate energy.

  • Anyone who wants to develop specific yoga postures and transitions that they haven’t been able to in a large class setting.

  • People seeking trauma and body aware practices with sensitivity to hormonal and cyclical needs.

  • Pregnant people and those recovering postnatal, with adaptations and support through each stage.

What to expect

  • An initial intake to understand your body history, goals, cycle patterns and mental-health needs.

  • A tailored plan with session frequency, home practices and check-ins across the 9-week program.

  • Practical tools: movement sequences, breathwork and meditations you can use independently.

  • Compassionate guidance in a safe, non-judgmental space.

Location & availability

  • In person: our healing space E17, London.

  • Online: one-to-one via video.

  • Currently offering daytime slots only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

  • Your session can be 1 hour, or 90 minutes if you’d like to include Reiki.

Meet your Movement Coach

Hi, I’m Sian. I’ve been practising yoga for nearly 20 years and dancing for nearly 40! Movement has always been my outlet, a way to process, come home to myself and regulate my nervous system, whether I knew that at 3 or not! I’m trained in vinyasa, yin, pre/post natal yoga and pilates.

Everything begins in the body, before the mind, before the spoken word.

So let’s begin there. You’ll come home to her and learn to move from within. My sessions are transformational: they support your physical goals and also your mental and spiritual wellbeing, if that’s what you’re seeking. We’ll work and move together, following your unique evolution.

I curate a 12‑week programme that’s flexible around your cycles, plans and energy levels. Each plan is tailored to fit your life, so you can sustain practice without it feeling like a burden. Ultimately, we have fun and enjoy the process, everything flows more easily that way!
