Magic can happen when we tune into what we need, physically and mentally. And when we become honest with ourselves.

What have we been denying within us and for us? Where could we invite more truth in?

Often, as women, we forget how to be honest with ourselves; we can forget who we are underneath the daily rules and roles we play, and forget what we want, need and desire in this life. This can often lead to a sense of unworthiness, anxiety or depression, leaving us too lost and fatigued, or burnt out, to step into the fullness of who we are.

Our habit then becomes a daily disconnection from that inner truth, intuition or soul guidance.

That inner call, whisper or nudge is often reminding us what could bring us joy, what could light us up or what could give us that inspiration to remember and reclaim our worthiness, our sense of peace and our innate power.

Life can also throw us some big curve balls, and when we least expect it too. This life really is a rollercoaster ride! And when we are not stable and secure within ourselves, aka disconnected, we can often feel like life is controlling us, like our emotions are driving the car, and like we have no choice, because the rug has been pulled out from underneath of us.

As women, we can often feel alone in this cyclical journey too, the reality of a woman’s life experience is not often depicted accurately in the media, and so the changing winds of seasons we live through can often feel daunting, unnatural or even like we should suppress them altogether.

However, when these integral ebb and flows of energy, emotion, attitudes, dreams and physical body changes are honoured, we can begin to return to our truth, our worthiness and our power.

We can return home to the wisdom and love in our hearts, no matter the circumstance, no matter the experience.

There is always a tool, a practice or an alternative way to process and allow the rocky roads to eventually clear. There is always a way to ignite our inner fire to grow even more joy, love, money, or whatever it is we desire.

Most of the time allowing all of who we are to be, is the answer.

Allowing all of our parts, the good, the bad, and the parts we don’t even know about yet. Allowing all of our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, to be. Being witnessed in this truth, being heard in this truth, without judgement, with accepting ears and hearts, can be the key to unlocking the full and fluid spectrum of who we are.

We were born unique, we are the miracle, each one of us is important, special and needed. Here at WAWW everything we do is to allow you to see, believe and feel this for yourself, on all levels. This is the magic we make, this is the movement we advocate, this is the beauty of being, living and creating with freedom as a woman.
