Our full journey unfolds across the six week threshold leading towards the Winter Solstice.
We open our practice with a grounding combination of meditation, breath and sharing together.
Followed by a guided yoga flow (for all levels of experience) to release and rebalance your strength and flexibility of mind, body and spirit.
We close with yoga nidra, crystal singing bowls and a little energy healing for deep restoration.

You do not need to have a physical womb to join.
Remembering your cyclical nature through breath, community, movement and rest.
It is in the following of your cyclical body that allows you to reclaim your innate wisdom, that inner guide that knows more than you could have ever hoped.
Connect and share with women who also want to live a life of freedom, who are ready to listen more deeply to their inner call and let go of the outer noise.
What women have been saying about previous classes, circles and retreats that Siân has held:
“I didn't know anyone else, but Siân cultivated such a connection between us all. I felt so held, calm and at ease." D.D.
"I honestly can't thank you enough for creating such an exploratory and warm space as the seasons change and life moves again on the wheel." J.P.
“It put me in such a good place I felt rejuvenated and nourished." L.A.S.
Welcome Sister,
And welcome on a journey back towards being your whole self, living your truth and enjoying it as you go.
I can’t say I’ll be your Womb Yoga “teacher”, although I do share knowledge I have learnt, hold our sacred space and guide you throughout our time together, but this is really an unlearning of what you have been taught that has never quite sat comfortably for you. A taking off of the roles and rules you feel like you have to play and adhere to in daily life that just don’t make sense anymore.
This is a remembering that within you lives a far wiser teacher than me and rekindling your relationship with this intuition gives you the peace and the power to live a life of your choosing, a life that feels balanced, and a life that you were born to lead.
I trust you have been hearing that inner voice calling you home recently, and I trust that your body and heart long to join me, and other sisters, in our weekly gatherings.
This is your time to return home to yourself.
We begin still in the energy of the New Moon, with Mercury retrograde, and both moving through deep and mystical Scorpio. This period could not be more auspicious for a beautiful deep re-rooting and returning into who you are.
This is your opportunity to give yourself what is needed to fill your own cup, before the often busy festive season.
If you have any questions contact me here or on instagram.
So much love,
Siân x

As you practice Womb Yoga regularly you may find that you:
Restore your inner strength, sense of worth and confidence.
Live and move through life feeling grounded, with clear and balanced boundaries.
Reduce fatigue, overwhelm and stress, allowing you to enjoy real rest and richer sleep.
Awaken your juicy, fiery passion for life and ignite your creativity and inspiration.
Deepen your spiritual connection with Mother Earth, feeling steadfast, safe and supported in life.
Connect with the seasons of our planet, as well as your own lunar and life cycles. Gain insight into how to navigate these, hearing and understanding your body with more clarity than before.
Feel held, supported and loved by your fellow sisters. We gather as our ancient ancestors did, except they may not have called it yoga!
Know when to take action and when to hold back in life. Free your voice, speak your mind and truth with delight and vigour.
Find more flexibility in your joints, muscles and softer tissues of the body, such as your fascia. Release physical tension and tightness, using movement as a regular way to release and flush out the everyday noise.
Find more strength in your body as you continue to use your muscles to hold poses and move your body through the space on your mat.
Be able to focus more in life and find more ease in the discomfort that life can sometimes throw our way. Gain a little space between an experience and your reaction to it.
Invite more abundance, more joy, more opportunities and more love! As we begin to work with our natural rhythm, we too connect with the natural flow of energy, whether that is the energy of prosperity, pleasure or anything else.
What makes Womb Yoga different to other Yoga classes?
Like most Yoga practices: Womb Yoga is about so much more than the physical practice of yoga.
Rather than asking you to push, perform or work against your body, Womb Yoga invites you to listen inwards and work with your body, your energy and your natural rhythms.
It is a space to slow down, reconnect and remember that your body is not something to constantly override or fix. It is something to listen to, trust and learn from.
Here is where it is different: We explore the changing rhythms of being a woman, our menstrual and lunar cycles, the seasons of nature and the different seasons and transitions of our own lives. We begin to notice that we don't have to feel, move or show up in the same way every day or week.
Some practices may be strong, fiery and empowering. Others may be soft, nourishing and restorative. There is space to move, breathe, release, rest, create, feel and simply be.
Womb Yoga also brings a deeper sense of connection to the womb space, whether you have a physical womb or not, a reclamation of your innate intuition, creativity, pleasure, power and inner wisdom.
And importantly, this isn't something you have to explore alone.
We gather in a circle of women, creating a space where you can feel held, supported and witnessed. A place to come exactly as you are, without judgement or the pressure to have it all together.
There is movement, breath, stillness and rest, but there is also space for connection, reflection, spirituality, nature, ritual and sisterhood.
So perhaps the biggest difference is this:
You aren’t coming to Womb Yoga to push further outside of yourself or become a version of yourself that your mind thinks is better.
You’re remembering the sovereign self that already exists beneath the noise of the outside world, its opinions, judgements and media.
You are coming to embody the truth of who you already are, a truth that lives within your body, not your mind.
It lives in the heart of your womb, where all of who you are resides.
Your womb, the portal from the non-physical into the physical. The epicentre of your magic.
In Womb Yoga we return home to our magic.
